BetChan’s personal account login is available on both desktop and mobile. On a PC, players sign in through the website in a standard browser. On phones and tablets, the same login works through the mobile site, so the account stays tied to one profile across devices.
You need an existing BetChan account to access the personal area. The login uses the details set at registration, and without a registered profile you won’t be able to open the cashier, view bet history, or change account settings.

Account Verification After Login At BetChan
BetChan typically asks for verification after you sign in when it needs to confirm your identity, age, and payment ownership, or when account activity triggers extra checks.
- When verification is required: Before a first withdrawal, after changing key profile details (name, date of birth, or address), when you log in from a new country or device, after unusually large deposits or withdrawals, and when a payment method needs proof of ownership.
- ID: A clear photo or scan of a valid passport, national ID card, or driving licence showing your full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date.
- Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, council tax letter, or government-issued letter showing your full name and current address; operators usually accept documents dated within the last 3 months.
- Payment method: Proof that the deposit method belongs to you, such as a card photo with the middle digits covered (show first 6 and last 4) or a bank screenshot/statement showing your name and IBAN or account number.
